A PETITION TO CONGRESS
Any member of the U.S. Congress should introduce a U.S. Citizens Commission on NATO resolution calling for a second Atlantic Convention to make Atlantica great again so it can end the war in Ukraine, win the peace, and secure the future promise of free civilization.

TO ENHANCE THE STRENGTH AND UNITY

The first U.S. Citizens Commission on NATO was appointed by Vice President Johnson (D) and Speaker Rayburn (D) in 1961. Under the leadership of former Secretary of State Herter (R) and former Under Secretary of State Clayton (D), the Commission called for a true Atlantic Community in its 1962 report to Congress.

TO MAKE ATLANTICA GREAT AGAIN

The second U.S. Citizens Commission on NATO should be appointed by Vice President Vance (R) and Speaker Johnson (R). The Commission must explore with delegations appointed by other NATO nations--and the Russian Federation--ways to end the war in Ukraine, win the peace, and secure the future promise of free civilization.

CALL FOR A TRANSATLATIC CITIZENS CONGRESS
I call on Elon Musk to host the first Transatlantic Citizens Congress on his X platform. We, the citizens of NATO nations (and Russia), must rise above our national leaders to forge a free world order that secures economic freedom for all individuals in all nations. It's time for a political evolution. Musk can make the possible happen.
